SRA Visits
Don’t panic about your next visit from the SRA. Quality & Compliance Legal can offer experienced former SRA auditors who can advise your firm on the systems and procedures that must be in place to aid compliance with your regulatory obligations. This can take the form of advice on discrete issues or audit of the firm’s current profile as a whole, highlighting any areas for improvement.

We can offer a 1-2 day on-site visit, which will give an overview of weaknesses that are likely to be identified on an SRA visit. Time spent on site depends on a number of factors including size of firm, variety of work type and complexity of regulatory issues.

A detailed report will follow the visit, to allow the firm to rectify any issues that have been identified. Where practicable, Quality & Compliance Legal will send a toolkit of documents and guidance with the report, which can assist in improving internal regulatory standards.  If you need help managing new systems to ensure that appropriate changes are put into effect then this can be discussed further.
